  • Are short-term leases available?

  • Is renter's insurance required?

  • How much notice is needed before moving out?

    Our community utilizes JEMC for electric and Conservice for water billing through Gwinnett County Water Resources. Please contact the leasing office for detailed information about the utility companies servicing our community.
  • What Cable/Internet Providers are available?

    The available cable/internet providers are AT&T and Xfinity. For more information, please contact the leasing office.
  • When is rent due and how do I pay?

    Rent is due on the 1st and is considered late on the 4th. You may pay your rent online by visiting our resident portal. If you have further questions, you may contact our leasing office team.
  • Do you give any discounts to local employers?

    Yes, we are proud to offer employer discounts for first repsponders, health care employees, PCOM students, Amazon, Kubota,. Please contact the leasing office for a full list of discounts and concessions offered for preferred employers.
  • Does your community offer furnished apartments?

    No, all apartment homes come unfurnished.
  • Is there in-unit laundry?

  • What appliances are included?

    All apartment homes will include the following appliances: refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer, dryer. For more information regarding what is included in each apartment home, check out our Features and Amenities page.
  • Is there air conditioning/heating?

    Yes, each apartment comes equipped with AC/heat. If you have additional questions, please contact the leasing office.

  • Are there ceiling fans?

    Yes, ceiling fans are available within the apartment. Their availability varies in certain floorplans. For information regarding apartment home features please visit the Features & Amenities page.

  • Is there parking available? Is it free or paid?

    The parking options at our community include open parking, with reserved parking available for $50 monthly. Additional fees may apply. Please contact the leasing office for more information regarding our parking policy.

    Yes, our community offers EV Charging Stations within the community. Rates and availability are subject to change based on demand.
  • Are there grocery stores, restaurants, or schools nearby?

  • What is the roommate policy?

    All individuals 18 years of age or older are required to complete an application, receive approval, and be listed on the lease. Additional information regarding leasing an apartment with roommates is available within our leasing portal. For further details, please contact our leasing office team members.
  • Is there a maximum number of occupants?

    The maximum number of occupants per apartment is 2 for a one-bedroom, 4 for two-bedrooms, and 6 for three-bedrooms, excluding children under 24 months.   • Can guests stay over, and for how long?

    Our guest policy is that guests staying longer than 14 days must be approved and added to the lease. For restrictions on guests, please consult your lease agreement or speak with our leasing office team members.
  • Is there guest parking available?

    Guest parking is available at the community; all parking is first come, first served. Contact the leasing office to find more information about our guest parking policy.
